At GetCID.in, we strive to deliver the best digital services, including CID (Confirmation ID) generation and Ms Office/Windows license keys. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and returns require specific terms. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Digital Products
All products sold on GetCID.in are delivered electronically. This includes:
- CID (Confirmation ID) Services
- Ms Office and Windows License Keys
No physical goods are delivered as all orders are processed digitally and sent via email.
2. Refund Eligibility
We understand that issues may arise. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Product:
- If you do not receive your purchased product within 24 hours due to technical errors, contact us immediately at [email protected].
- We will attempt to resend the product first. If delivery fails again, a refund will be initiated within 3 days.
- Invalid License Key or CID:
- If the product you receive (e.g., license key or CID) is invalid or non-working, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Our team will verify the issue and, if confirmed, replace the product. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued within 3 days.
- Duplicate Payment:
- If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same product, we will refund the extra payment.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You entered the wrong Installation ID while requesting a CID.
- You no longer require the CID or product after purchase.
- Your issue is due to misuse or improper installation of the license key.
- If the CID has already been successfully generated and delivered.
- If you request a refund after the 24-hour reporting window has passed.
- Fraudulent claims or attempts to misuse the refund policy.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Include the following details in your request:
- Order ID
- Product details (CID or License Key)
- A clear description of the issue
- Our team will verify the claim within 2-3 business days.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Replacement Policy
For invalid or non-working products, we will prioritize replacement over a refund. If a replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable time, a refund will be processed.
6. Cancellations
Due to the instant nature of digital products, orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and delivered.
7. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims
We take fraud seriously. Any chargeback initiated without contacting our support team first will result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account.
- Loss of access to any remaining services or products.
- Permanent blacklisting from future purchases.
