All products sold on GetCID.in are delivered electronically via email. This includes:

  • Ms Office and Windows License Keys

Once the purchase is completed, your product will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Delivery Time

We ensure prompt delivery of all digital products:

  • CID (Confirmation ID): Delivered instantly within 10–20 seconds using our automated system after the request is processed.
  • License Keys: Delivered within 1–2 hours of successful payment verification.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues, verification checks, or manual review. If you do not receive your product within the stipulated time, please contact our support team.

3. Delivery Confirmation

After successful delivery, a confirmation email containing your product details (CID or License Key) will be sent to your registered email address.

Important:

  • Ensure you provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout.
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the delivery email in your inbox.
  • For CID services, double-check the Installation ID entered during the process, as incorrect entries can delay delivery.

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you face any issues with product delivery:

  1. Verify your email address and payment status.

We will resolve the issue promptly and ensure delivery as soon as possible.

5. No Physical Shipping

As all our products are digital, no physical shipment will be made. You will not receive any tangible items, and shipping fees do not apply.

  • CID (Confirmation ID): Delivered only if the provided Installation ID is valid. Invalid Installation IDs may result in failed deliveries.
  • License Keys: Delivered digitally and intended for use as described. Keys are tied to specific versions of Office or Windows and cannot be exchanged.

  • Provide accurate email and payment information during checkout.
  • Use a valid Installation ID when requesting CID generation.
