  • We provide CID (Confirmation ID) for Microsoft Office, Windows, and other digital services through our automated CID generator system.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Discounts are automatically applied based on the quantity purchased, as per the price list displayed on our website.
  • We accept payments via secure payment gateways, including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.

5. Delivery of Products

  • Once the payment is successfully completed, the purchased product or CID will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
  • For CID (Confirmation ID) services, delivery time is typically 10–20 seconds through our automated generator. In rare cases, delays may occur.
  • If you do not receive your product, contact us at [email protected] immediately.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once the product is delivered.
  • If a product (e.g., license key or CID) is found to be non-working or invalid, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
  • Refunds will only be provided in cases where the issue cannot be resolved and it takes 3 working days for refund.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse our services for fraudulent purposes.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with the functionality of our website, such as hacking, scraping data, or sending spam.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the product keys or CIDs provided to you.
